Instant Pot Frito Pie Recipe
This is supposed to be a dinner, but I consider it more of a snack or appetizer. Not that you can't eat enough to make it a meal, but...:) Recipe courtesy of www.thisisnotdietfood.com. Serving size is estimated. I used sausage instead of beef, but any meat would probably work.

Pour water and taco seasoning mix into instant pot. Stir well.
Add ground beef to instant pot.
Pour chili sauce, salsa, and corn on top of ground beef.
Place the lid on the instant pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position, and set to pressure cook high for 1 minute.
When the instant pot is done cooking, turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.
Remove the lid from the instant pot and stir well. Break apart the ground beef as you stir.
Set the instant pot to saute for 10 minutes and leave the mixture to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Once the instant pot turns off, scoop the corn chips onto plates and spoon the ground beef mixture on top.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top of meat and serve.
