Ingredients
  

  • 4 (13 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken in half (discard seasoning packet)
  • 8 ounces frozen oriental-style vegetables
  • 1 (4 ounce) can baby corn, drained
  • 1 cup fresh snow pea
  • 1 lb chicken, cut in bite sized pieces
  • 1 bunch watercress, trimmed
  • 4 green onions, cut in 1 inch lengths

Instructions
 

  • Combine broth, wine and soy sauce in large saucepan. Heat to boiling.
  • Add noodles, vegetables and chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, 5-8 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  • Stir in watercress and onions.
